Now That Everyone is Working From Home, Who Can We Trust?

In 2021, more than 42% of the US Labor Force worked full time from home

WFH Has Become The Norm In Less Than 24 Months

The change has been significant

  • Pre-COVID Only 4.1% (5.7 million) employees worked from home
  • From 2019 to 2020 That number has nearly doubled (22% - 42%)
  • COVID’s peak 69% of employees were remote

Highest WFH industries remained constant

  • Professional, scientific, technical services (12%)
  • Information (10%)
  • Finance & Insurance (9%)

More than 54% of employees want to stay WFH post-COVID

  • 80% say they still meet project deadlines on time
  • 77% have adequate workspace
  • 68% believe they can do work without interruptions
  • 64% feel motivated to do their work

There are also clear benefits for employee wellbeing
